New Kiwi / Aussie Squad.

S! Guys,

This post is just to let you guys know that there soon will be a new virtual squadron being formed.

As some of you guys know already I love flying in Rise of Flight, and on the odd occasion I do fly IL2, Blackshark, Lockon FC2, and FSX.
They are all great sims and I do get pleasure out of them all. But I am a WW1 nut and it’s just something about those early years of flight the fascinate me.

So back to the point there is a new Squadron being made up you don’t have to be held to one sim, we will be hanging out in TS3, we all enjoy a beer and a laugh. nothing to regimental about the Squad just a group of guys (and girls none yet) having a common interest and having a laugh while we shoot each other’s ass off. But to come together as one and go kick some Ass as well.

We have a website that will be going live soon and a name sorted which encapsulates the south pacific feel of where we come from. At the moment there is about 10 of us form NZ and Aussie that are working to bring everything together and make it happen.

You guys are very welcome to come along and have a look and if you think yeah, sign up with a group of like minded nutters that we are.
And if not, you are still welcome to fly alone side of us and have some fun.

I will keep you all informed as we get near to going live and the big name reveal .

Thanks for the heads-up Smiladon, I havn't got ROF yet...but it is in the mail and I will be keeping an eye out for your updates and will likely come along for a look when it arrives and I'm all sorted

Having a RoF squad alongside the Flying Kiwis would be great.

No not at all - good to hear about what you're doing.

I was just saying that if you wanted a sub-forum here at KiwiSim for your squad you can... no problem and free (thanks to Inspire).

Edit: We also have access to a free TS3 server that the KiwiSim Racing guys are using also provided by Inspire. We can configure it however we like.

I would like to introduce to you Oceanic Wing…Our new Squadron, As the name suggest we ore predominantly made up of guys and gales from the Oceanic part of the world..Like the South Pacific but this does not mean you need to come from our part of the world to become a member if you wish.

We mostly fly Rise of Flight, but we do fly IL2, Lock On, Black shark as well as other Sims.

Hi Splatman,

Yeah we fly closed cockpit open cockpit what ever cockpit.

The web site is still getting the bugs ironed out of it,but hay with everything new there is teething worries.

As time progresses the mor the site will kick into action.
